Getting the most benefit from coaching, especially in a one-on-one session format, having the right connection and establishing trust with your coach is absolutely essential to a successful coaching experience. Understanding that every client is in a different place on their journey, with different needs, comfort levels and levels of self-awareness.
This introductory Discovery Session provides an opportunity for me to understand where you are and where you want to go with coaching, give you a glimpse into my approach, coaching methodology and communication style and, of course, see if there is a fit.
